Thank you for the fantastic job on the COPALUM repair work at our home. Jim was great in explaining the repairs, exploring the unique wiring layout of the house, and making improvements to add convenience in the light switches and other electical connections he noticed during the job. He was very considerate and professional and accommodating.
We are now comfortable and confident in the integrity of the wiring, and the job was completed early and below-estimate. The extra time allowed us the bonus of adding hard-wired, interconnected smoke detectors - another safety improvement that we greatly appreciate. Jim also noticed and fixed a displaced furnace vent in the attic!

We are pleased with the Kohler Residential Generator that Hawkins installed at our home, in particular the employees responsible for the installation. They could not have been more professional, courteous and patient.
During the inspection, the inspector used phrases like, "This is good work" and "nice job" more than once. When leaving he said " You wouldn't believe how bad some of the work that I see is. You were lucky to get Hawkins."

Your employee, Tyler, did an outstanding job and is very pleasant to have here along with his helper, Brian. The second day he had another helper, and he was also most pleasant and efficient.
I do feel they need to be recognized. They were amused that Hawkins had done the wiring in the house 42 years earlier.
